What is included in the St. Croix Valley Home Shield membership?

How is this different from a one time repair?
A one time repair fixes a problem after you already know about it. The membership catches problems twice a year before they turn into bigger repairs, and keeps you at the front of the line when you do need Shane out at your home.
Does the membership cover new deck builds or full siding replacement?
No. The membership covers inspections, minor fixes, and a discount on repair work. New builds and full replacements are quoted separately, and members get priority scheduling and pricing consideration on those projects too.
What happens if I need work outside of my included minor fix?
You get 10 percent off materials on additional repair work for projects Ward Exterior Works originally completed for you. Larger projects like a new deck or a full re-side are quoted with a free estimate, same as always, and membership priority applies.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Call or text Shane at 715-808-5260 and he will take care of it. No long term contract, no hassle.
Do I need to already be a customer to join?
No. Any homeowner in Ward Exterior Works' service area can join, whether Shane has worked on your home before or not.
